What are the main ingredients in your cheesecakes?

All our cakes are made with all-natural real ingredients. We always start with a mix of non-fat Greek yogurt and cream cheese, which are our two main ingredients.

Are your products suitable for kids?

Yes! Our cheesecakes are a great way to give your kids a healthy and delicious treat.

How much fat and sugar are in your product?

Our classic vanilla cheesecake has only 5g Fat and 9g Sugar. That is 79% less fat and 1/3 the sugar of a similarly sized regular cheesecake.

What sweetener do you use?

We make our own house blend of all-natural Stevia and Erythritol.

Great things take time! We've been working on perfecting this recipe since 2012! Now our products are here for you to enjoy.

Where do the fats in your cakes come from?

Most of the fats in our cake are good fats from the coconut oil we use to bake our crust!

Where does the protein in your cakes come from?

Our ingredients: non-fat Greek-yogurt, cream-cheese, and egg whites are naturally high in protein. We also add high-quality whey protein powder sourced directly from a dairy manufacturer.
